Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 1 dsh nutmeg
  • 1 can cream-style corn - (16 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. With electric mixer, beat Large eggs till foamy. Beat in remaining ingredients as listed. Pour into Pam-sprayed 8-inch square baking dish. Bake on center rack of prehgeated 400 degree oven 35 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
