Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
  • 1 sm onion sliced thin
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkt frzn spinach - (10 ounce) thawed, and
  •     liquid removed very well
  • 1 dsh nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put Large eggs, soup, onion, garlic pwdr and salt into a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add in spinach and nutmeg, and blend for 30 seconds. Pour into an ungreased souffle dish or possibly casserole and bake for 50 to 60 min.
