Creamy Strawberry Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 oz gelatin, strawberry flavored
  • 12 oz yogurt, light strawberry shortcake
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 9" pie crust

Direcciones

  1. Mix water and Jell-O in microwavable bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Mix whipping cream and sugar until fluffy. Whisk yogurt and half the whipping cream into Jell-O mixture. Fold in 1 cup of the strawberries. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until set. Top with additional strawberries and whip cream.
