Ingredientes

  • 2 pkt (1 lb) frzn sliced strawberries
  •     Water
  • 1 pkt (6 ounce) strawberry jello
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese - room temp
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 can (8-1/4 ounce) crushed pineapple-liquid removed thoroughly

  1. This is one of our all time family favorites which has been passed down through the years. I'm not sure where it started, but I received it from my mom. I hope you enjoy it.
  2. Thaw strawberries & drain liquid into a lge. measuring c.. Add in sufficient water to juices to make 2-1/2 c.. Heat to boiling. Pour over gelatin & stir till dissolved. Then add in approx. !/2 c.. crushed ice cubes. Refrigeratetill partially thickened. Mix in strawberries & pineapple. Turn half into an oiled mold & refrigeratetill hard. In the meantime, beat crm. cheese till smooth. Add lowfat sour cream and salt, mix well. Stir in nuts. Spoon over jellied mix and spread gently. Refrigeratetill hard. Pour remaining gelatin on top and refrigeratetill hard
