Ingredientes

  • 3 ounce strawberry Jello ( I use 1 small pkg. sugar free Jello)
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 10 ounce frzn strawberries, thawed
  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple, liquid removed
  • 2 med bananas, mashed
  • 1 c. coarsely minced walnuts (optional)
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Blend in strawberries with juice, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Pour half in 8* square pan, cover and refrigeratetill hard. Cover remaining mix and let stand at room temperature.
  2. Spread hard Jello with lowfat sour cream. Spread remaining Jello mix on top Cover and refrigeratetill hard ( at least 4 hrs, preferably overnight).
  3. Serves 6
