Receta Strawberry Dessert Crapes

- Crepes:1. In a bowl, beat Large eggs well with fork.
- Add in flour and salt, beating till smooth. Gradually beat in lowfat milk and 1/4 c. water, and continue beating till smooth. Chill, covered, till ready to use after 30 min.
- To cook crepes, slowly heat 8" skillet with sloping sides, till a drop of water sizzles and rolls off.
- For each crepe, brush pan lightly with butter. Pour in about 1/3 c. batter, rotating pan quickly to spread batter completely over bottom of skillet.
- Cook till lightly browned on bottom, about 30 seconds. Turn and brown lightly on other side. Turn out onto serving plate and keep hot in oven.
- Fill each crepe with 1/2 c. strawberries. Top with 3 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream. Fold over crepe. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. garnish with more lowfat sour cream and strawberries. Serve at once.
