Ingredientes

  • 3 whl Large eggs
  • 1 c. Unsifted Flour
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 pt Strawberries, Sliced
  • 1/2 c. Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 c. Lowfat sour cream Or possibly Whipped Cream
  •     Powdered Sugar
  •     Strawberries, Whole

Direcciones

  1. Crepes:1. In a bowl, beat Large eggs well with fork.
  2. Add in flour and salt, beating till smooth. Gradually beat in lowfat milk and 1/4 c. water, and continue beating till smooth. Chill, covered, till ready to use after 30 min.
  3. To cook crepes, slowly heat 8" skillet with sloping sides, till a drop of water sizzles and rolls off.
  4. For each crepe, brush pan lightly with butter. Pour in about 1/3 c. batter, rotating pan quickly to spread batter completely over bottom of skillet.
  5. Cook till lightly browned on bottom, about 30 seconds. Turn and brown lightly on other side. Turn out onto serving plate and keep hot in oven.
  6. Fill each crepe with 1/2 c. strawberries. Top with 3 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream. Fold over crepe. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. garnish with more lowfat sour cream and strawberries. Serve at once.
