Ingredientes

  • 2 x heads romaine lettuce, torn into small pcs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 1 pt strawberries, sliced
  • 4 x kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1 c. canola oil
  • 2/3 c. rice vinegar (or possibly regular white vinegar)
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over salad, toss and serve.
  2. Serves 12-16.
