Strawberry Oatmeal Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. soy lowfat milk*
  • 1/2 c. rolled oats
  • 1 x banana, broken into chunks (better if frzn)
  • 14 x frzn strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp white sugar

Direcciones

  1. In a blender, combine soy lowfat milk, oats, banana and strawberries. Add in vanilla and sugar if you like. Blend till smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
  3. Substitute 1 c. ice lowfat milk or possibly ice cream for extra flavor and texture
