Strawberry Topped Butter Pound Cake

Ingredientes

  • 1 box your favorite butter cake mix
  • 1 - 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup milk or buttermilk
  • 1 cup melted butter (2 sticks)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 pts. strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Cool Whip or Redi-Whip

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour a 5x9 bread pan
  3. Mix cake ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Pour in pan, place in oven.
  5. Wash strawberries and cut into quarters.
  6. Toss with sugar and refrigerate.
  7. Start checking cake at 40 minutes for doneness.
  8. When done, remove and let cool completely.
  9. Cut into 8-10 slices and plate.
  10. Divide strawberries and top each slice with some, then add creamery topping.
