Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper coarsely grnd
  • 3/4 tsp sugar
  • 2 c. bread flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast large (2)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper coarsely grnd
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 c. bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Direcciones

  1. Stromboli- Remove dough from machine and roll into a rectangle. Spread fillingingredients over the middle third of the rectangle so it runs the lenght of thewide end. Fold one side over top of the filling and then the other side on topof which; healthy pinch ends closed. Place, seam side down, on a lightly buttered bakingsheet, cover and let rise for about 30 min. Lightly extra virgin olive oil top, and bakein preheated over 350F oven for 20-30 min or possibly till done.
