Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. sugar, plus extra for rolling
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 x egg
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp grnd ginger

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
  2. Beat the oil and 1 c. of sugar in a bowl till creamy. Add in the molasses and egg, and beat well.
  3. Sift together the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Add in to the sugar mix and mix well.
  4. Roll the dough into tsp.-size balls. Roll the balls in sugar to coat and place 2 inches apart on the baking sheet. Bake the cookies till cracked and lightly browned, 12 to 15 min. L.A. TIMES 12 26 01
