Ingredientes

  • 500 gram baby marrow (courgettes)
  • Stuffing:-
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped almonds
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1-tablespoon parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1-cup stock (soup cube)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Cook baby marrows and then slice lengthways and place in baking dish, cover with the following stuffing.
  2. Fry onion in oil till soft; add mushrooms, nuts, parsley and seasoning. When cooked add egg, crumbs and stock. The mixture should have a soft consistency. Top the cooked marrows with the stuffing and bake in the oven till brown.
