Stuffed Boneless Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes

  • 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp. salt-free butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. minced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 c. grated mozzarella or possibly provolone cheese
  • 2 tsp mixed herbs
  •     (savory, sage, thyme, marjoram, rosemary)
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Grainfield's Distinctly Lite

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Wash chicken breasts and pat dry. Brush with melted butter inside cavity and outside. Toss minced fresh mushrooms, grated cheese, and 1 tsp. herbs together. Stuff mix inside each breast. Fasten with toothpicks.
  3. Mix Grainfield's Distinctly Lite with remaining mixed herbs. Roll breasts in herbed flakes. Place in lightly buttered baking dish.
  4. Bake 45 min.
  5. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  6. Serving size: 1/4 recipe.
