Ingredientes

  • 2 can Chopped clams
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  •     Warm pepper sauce
  •     Bread crumbs
  • 1 med Onion -- - minced fine
  • 2 med Green peppers -- - seeded
  •     And
  •     Fine
  •     Grated Jarlsberg cheese

Direcciones

  1. Simmer clams, lemon juice, oregano and butter in a saucepan ffor 15 min; add in warm pepper sauce, bread crumbs, onion and green pepper till mix is consistency of oatmeal; fill cleaned clam shells with mix and top with Jarlsberg; bake in a preheated 325 F oven for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till mix starts to bubble.
