Ingredientes

  • ladyfingers ½ kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind juice ½ cup
  • Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds ½ tbsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. On a pan, roast fennel seeds, whole coriander, white cumin and mustard seeds until they are golden.
  2. Then crush them together.
  3. In a bowl add tamarind juice and crushed spices and form a thick paste.
  4. Cut lady fingers length wise and stuff prepared mix in them.
  5. In a pan, heat a cup of oil and fry stuffed ladyfingers.
  6. Do not stir too much while ladyfingers are in the oil.
  7. Sprinkle salt to taste in the end and serve with hot chapattis.
