Ingredientes

  • 1 pound (18 to 20) mushrooms, chop and brown all stems
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. bleu cheese dressing (Good Seasons works best)
  • 2 T lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion

Direcciones

  1. Mix cream cheese, bleu cheese mix, and lowfat milk. Add in onions and browned mushrooms. Cook mushroom caps for 5 min or possibly till brown. Stuff caps with cream cheese mix. Bake at 350 degrees till brown and bubbly.
