Ingredientes

4 lrg Green or possibly red peppers
1/2 lb Grnd beef
Salt & Pepper to taste
Nutmeg to taste
6 Tbsp. Minced onions

4 Tbsp. Minced bacon
2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
3 x Large eggs
1/4 c. Bread crumbs
1/4 c. Cooked rice

Direcciones

Soak lid of clay cooker.
Mix all ingredients and stuff peppers. Set stuffed peppers into the cooker. Cover and put into cool oven. Turn to 425 F., and bake for 60 min.
