Ingredientes

  • 4 slices hearty bread
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 tbs poultry seasoning (or something similar)
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 tbs melted butter
  • 1 diced red pepper
  • 2 tbs milk
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 4" pieces of pork ribs to roll
  • 4 7" pieces of butcher's string

Direcciones

  1. Break the bread into little pieces for stuffing.
  2. Mix the other ingredients, except the pork with the bread pieces to make a stuffing.
  3. Lay out the pieces of rib sections so that the bone is horizontal to you and will be easy to roll into a cylinder.
  4. Season with salt & pepper.
  5. Make a stuffing ball from 1/4 of the stuffing and place in the center of the rib sections.
  6. Roll up like a tube and secure with a piece of string.
  7. These can be baked in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes until done, or cooked on the grill in nice weather.
