Ingredientes

  • 2 lbs. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed & liquid removed
  • 1 c. minced mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Pepper & garlic

Direcciones

  1. Reserve 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese for topping.Mix rest of Mozzarella cheese and all remaining ingredients together.
  2. Stuff mix into cooked shells, fills entire box of shells.
  3. Top with your favorite tomato sauce, Prego, Ragu, etc. Then sprinkle on rest of Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven till it bubbles.
