Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Stove Top flexible serving stuffing mix
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak, or possibly cube steak (pounded for rolling)
  • 2 scallions, trimmed (or possibly onions)
  • 1 red pepper, seeded & cut into strips
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar mushroom gravy
  • 1/4 c. Burgundy wine or possibly apple juice
  • 2 T grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

Direcciones

  1. Put together stuffing mix, water and butter. Let stand 5 min. Spoon stuffing on steak, leaving 1 inch border. Add in scallions and pepper; then roll from long edge. Secure with wooden picks. Place seam side down in baking pan or possibly microwave-safe dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Oven bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Microwave: cover and cook at medium (50%) for 30 min, rotating dish half way through cooking. Let stand 5 min.
