Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Grnd beef
  • 1 box frzn minced spinach
  • 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1/2 c. Minced parsley
  • 4 ounce Grnd pork
  • 2 x Raw Large eggs
  • 1 ounce Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/8 ounce Tabasco
  •     Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 ounce Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb Ronzoni Tufoli #82
  •     Italian sauce of your choice

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry grnd beef and pork; add in remaining ingredients except for tufoli.
  2. Stir and cook slowly for 45 min. Boil tufoli according to package directions, cooking till 3/4 done. Immediately run under cool water; stuff with the above mix. Heat in Italian Sauce.
  3. Serves 4.
