Stuffed Turkey Breast With Dijon Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Mushrooms, finely minced
  • 1 c. Onions, finely minced
  • 1 med Green pepper, finely minced
  • 3 tsp Extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 1 lb Bob Evans Savory Sage Roll Sausage
  • 8 x 6-ounce boneless skinless turkey breast slices
  • 1/2 c. Flour, for coating
  • 2 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
  • 2 c. Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  •     Salt and pepper, to taste
  •     Finely minced parsley, garnish

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In large skillet, saute/fry vegetables in 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil; when half cooked, add in crumbled sausage. Cook till sausage is browned.
  2. Drain and remove mix. Place equal amounts of sausage mix into center of each turkey breast. Roll breast lengthwise and secure with toothpicks. Combine flour and seasoning salt. Coat each roll in flour mix. Saute/fry rolls in 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil in oven pan, till lightly browned.
  3. Place pan with turkey rolls in oven and bake 15 min.
  4. Meanwhile, add in cream to saucepan; heat over medium hight heat till cream thickens. Add in mustard and salt and pepper to taste. Place warm turkey rolls on serving platter. Pour sauce over rolls and garnish with finely minced parsley before serving. Chill leftovers.
