Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Shortening (ex. crisco)
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp Salt
  •     Additional egg whites (for Brushing cookies)
  •     Colored or possibly plain sugar(s)
  •     For decoration

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients. Chill. Roll out thin (1/8 " or possibly as thin as you can handle - thinner makes them crispy). Cut into shapes and transfer to cookie sheet. Brush with egg whites then sprinkle with colored or possibly plain sugars to decorate.
  2. Bake at 400 degrees or possibly 6-8 min or possibly until edges begin to brown.
