Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. minced walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp. apple juice, frzn concentrate unsweetened
  • 1 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/3 c. apple juice, frzn concentrate unsweetened
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 x egg white
  • 1 med banana -- mashed

Direcciones

  1. Soak walnuts in 3 Tbsp. apple juice concentrate. Sift baking pwdr and cocoa into bowl with flour and make a well. Measure 1 1/3 c. apple juice concentrate, oil, egg white and banana into measuring c. and add in all at once to dry ingredients and mix.
  2. Spread in 13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Proportionately sprinkle the walnuts onto the batter and smooth them into batter with the back of a spoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Cover when slightly hot. Cut in 24 servings and store in freezer to keep fresh.
