Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Raisins or possibly 1 c. raisins and 1 c. dry cranberries
  • 3 c. Water
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. Liquid sweetener
  • 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Minced nuts
  • 1 c. Unsweetened applesauce

Direcciones

  1. Really good with the added plus of being sugar free.
  2. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degreesC). Grease and flour one 10 inch bundt or possibly tube pan.
  3. 2 In a saucepan combine raisins with water and cook till the water is absorbed, cold.
  4. 3 Combine Large eggs, applesauce, vegetable oil, vanilla, and liquid sweetener.
  5. Mix well. Sift flour, baking soda, salt, grnd cinnamon, and grnd nutmeg into egg mix. Stir till just combined. Fold in raisins and minced nuts. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  6. 4Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for one hour.
