Ingredientes

  •     This chocolate delight will definitely satisfy chocolate cravings and does
  •     it with less fat and fewer calories.
  •     Serves: 8
  • 3/4 c. SPLENDA(r) Granular
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter flavored granules
  • 2 c. fat-free lowfat milk (I used 2 % lowfat milk)
  • 3 ounce semi-sweet chocolate (You can use about 1/4 c. cocoa pwdr, but add in
  •     more Splenda(r) also you must stop and stir it REAL often)
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 x pre-baked 9" pie crust

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Use a pre-made, pre-baked 9" pie crust or possibly bake a pre-made pie crustaccording to its package directions. (I used a pre-made Keebler Shortbread Cookie crust)
  2. Filling:Mix together SPLENDA(r), cornstarch, salt and butter granules in a 2 qt microwave-safe glass bowl. Slowly add in lowfat milk and stir so which mix does not clump together.
  3. Microwave on high for 4 min.
  4. Stir making sure which the clumps of cornstarch are smoothed out.
  5. Microwave on high for 2 min.
  6. Stir to smooth out cornstarch and add in chocolate.
  7. Microwave on high for 2 min.
  8. Stir again and add in margarine and vanilla.
  9. Cover mix with plastic wrap so which the wrap touches the surface of the filling. Let cold for 15 min.
  10. Remove wrap and pour filling into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 hrs.
