Receta Sugar Free Chocolate Cream Pie

- Crust: Use a pre-made, pre-baked 9" pie crust or possibly bake a pre-made pie crustaccording to its package directions. (I used a pre-made Keebler Shortbread Cookie crust)
- Filling:Mix together SPLENDA(r), cornstarch, salt and butter granules in a 2 qt microwave-safe glass bowl. Slowly add in lowfat milk and stir so which mix does not clump together.
- Microwave on high for 4 min.
- Stir making sure which the clumps of cornstarch are smoothed out.
- Microwave on high for 2 min.
- Stir to smooth out cornstarch and add in chocolate.
- Microwave on high for 2 min.
- Stir again and add in margarine and vanilla.
- Cover mix with plastic wrap so which the wrap touches the surface of the filling. Let cold for 15 min.
- Remove wrap and pour filling into pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 hrs.
