Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 1 c. concentrated fruit sweetener
  • 4 large eggs
  • 16 ounce cooked (canned) pumpkin
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 1/2 c. oat flour
  • 1 1/2 millet flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. Sift all dry ingredients and set aside. Beat together oil, fruit sweetener, large eggs, pumpkin and water. Put together all ingredients thoroughly and pour into 2 greased loaf pans, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 min and lower temperature to 325 degrees and bake another 45 min, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Makes 2 loaves. Available at a health food store.
