Ingredientes

  • 3 lb sugar snap peas
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 4 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp wasabi paste

Direcciones

  1. Blanch peas in 2 batches in a large saucepan of boiling salted water 1 minute. Transfer to a colander and rinse under cool running water to stop cooking. Drain peas well and pat dry.
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, and wasabi paste till sugar is dissolved. Serve sugar snap peas with dip.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
