- TEMPERATURE: 375 F. DEEP FAT
- COMBINE Large eggs, SUGAR, SALT, VANILLA, Lowfat milk AND WATER IN MIXER BOWL.
- BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED Till WELL BLENDED.
- Add in SLOWLY FLOUR AND BAKING Pwdr; MIX AT MEDIUM SPEED Till SMOOTH.
- CUT BREAD IN HALF DIAGONALLY. DIP HALF SLICES OF BREAD IN BATTER.
- DRAIN.
- FRY Till Golden. DRAIN ON ABSORBENT PAPER.
- USE 8 Ounce (2 C.) POWDERED SUGAR, DUST EACH BROWNED PUFF WITH SUGAR.
- SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
