Receta Sukhiyan
Ingredients:
- Raw Rice - 250 gms
- White Whole Urad Dal - 250 gms
- Coconut - 2, grated
- Jaggery - 350 gms
- Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
- Oil - 500 ml
- Salt - a pinch
Method:
1. Soak the rice and dal for 2 hours and grind to a smooth batter.
2. Add cardamom powder and salt.
3. Mix well.
4. Combine the grated coconut and jaggery in a bowl.
5. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
6. Make balls of the jaggery mixture and dip them in the batter.
7. Fry them in hot oil till golden.
8. Remove and drain excess oil.
9. Serve.
