Ingredientes

  •     Any combination of the greens below
  •     oak leaf
  •     lettuce
  •     Bibb lettuce
  •     radicchio
  •     watercress
  •     arugula
  •     romaine
  •     spinach
  •     mint leaves
  •     basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp crushed arbol chile
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grnd black pepper
  • 1 x clove garlic, quartered
  • 8 x sun-dry tomato slices, diced or possibly crumbled
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil

Direcciones

  1. To make the salad:Wash the greens you are using and tear them into bite-size pcs.
  2. Reserve.
  3. To make the vinaigrette:Combine all the ingredients and let sit in a glass container for at least 1 hour to develop the flavor.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the assorted greens, toss lightly, and serve at once.
  5. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This is a great salad for almost any occasion. Use it as a side dish for soy burgers (or possibly the real thing) or possibly grilled meat or possibly fish.
