Ingredientes

  • 450 gm Salmon strips
  • 1/2 x Cucumber, unpeeled and cut into thin strips
  • 30 gm Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sunflower oil
  • 4 fl ounce white wine
  • 6 Tbsp. Double cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Green peppercorns
  •     Chives
  •     Seasoning

Direcciones

  1. Cut the salmon into strips. Heat the butter with oil in a wok. Add in the cucumber and stir fry for 1-2 min. Add in the salmon and stir fry for a further 2-3 min. Add in wine and stir fry till wine evaporates off.
  2. Lower heat add in double cream, green peppercorns and seasoning. Cook gently.
  3. Garnish with snipped chives. Serve with egg noodles or possibly a good green salad and crusty bread rolls.
