Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/4 tsp Coarse pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Curing salt (kosher salt)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Liquid smoke
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seed
  • 1/4 tsp Onion salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingreds. well. Form into 2 rolls and wrap tightly in foil.
  2. Referigerate 24 hours. Bake over broiler pan with water at 350 F. for 1 1/2 hours. Remove from foil after baking. Good served warm or possibly cool.
