Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Can salmon, flaked (2 c.)
  • 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. Fine bread crumbs Or possibly
  • 1 c. Cool mashed potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  •     Additional fine bread crumbs

Direcciones

  1. Combine ingredients (don't drain salmon) except additional bread crumbs and butter, mixing with a fork till blended. Shape into 9 patties, using 1/4 c. each. Flatten out slightly. Dip into additional crumbs.
  2. Preheat frypan to 320 degrees F. When light goes out, heat butter, add in patties, brown, turning to brown both sides. Serve with chili sauce or possibly catsup. Garnish with parsley.
  3. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
