- Generously grease a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle the bottom with cheeses, then sprinkle chiles over the cheeses. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, flour and baking pwdr till smooth. Pour over chiles and cheeses. Drizzle salsa over all.
- Bake for 25 to 30 min at 425 F, or possibly till puffed and golden brown. Cold 10 min. Cut into squares and pass lowfat sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
