Ingredientes

  • 2 c. diced ham
  • 1 can Ortega diced green chiles - (4 ounce)
  • 1/3 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 10 x four tortillas - (8" dia) soft taco size
  • 6 x Large eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine ham, chiles and green onions in medium bowl; combine Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese in medium bowl.
  3. Place about 1/4 c. ham mix and 2 Tbsp. cheese mix down center of each tortilla. Roll tortillas; place in prepared baking dish.
  4. Mix Large eggs, lowfat milk and flour in medium bowl; pour over tortillas. Cover.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 min or possibly till egg mix is set. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese mix. Bake for an additional 5 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
