- Cut 1 piece of carrot,cabbage, broccoli, 5 pieces green bean, a handful of mushroom and 1 piece potato.
- Medium heat 1 table spoon oil.
- Sauté 2 pieces chopped garlic, 1 piece chopped shallot and a half chopped onion.
- After the aroma comes out, pour 2 cups of water.
- Cover, bring to boil, then add the cut vegetables and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- After the vegetables are tender, add chopped spring onion and celery.
- Wait a minute, then take it out of the stove.
- Serve with sprinkles of fried shallot.
