Receta Super Green Ginger Snap Smoothie
For something a little different, I created this Ginger Snap Smoothie.
I honestly can't say its my all time favorite, but it's very tasty and W seemed to REALLY liked it a lot, and it was a nice change.
Super Green Ginger Snap Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 young Thai coconut (water and meat) or 2 cups almond milk
- 1 fist full of dandelion or kale
- filtered water, as needed for volume
- 2 bananas, preferably frozen
- 2 Tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 Tablespoon lucuma powder (optional)
- vanilla extract (4 drops *Medicine Flower or 1 1/4 teaspoon liquid)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
- 2 Tablespoons grated ginger
- 1 Tablespoon Spirulina Powder (optional)
ice cubes
Directions:
Blend coconut water and meat until creamy.
Add frozen bananas.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
Blend in several ice cubes to thicken and chill. Enjoy.
