Supreme Double Chocolate Cake

A rich, delightful cake which is very moist and tasty. It is great if served with what I call "Whipped Ice Cream" , a combination of ice cream and cool whip blended together. Try it!

Ingredientes

  • 1 box devil food cake mix
  • 1 pkg. chocolate fudge instant pudding
  • 4 lg. eggs
  • 1/2 C. yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 3/4 C. milk or water
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee

Direcciones

  1. Pour all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat for about 5 minutes to assure all is mixed well.
  3. Pour into a greased/floured 10" Tube pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 - 60 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over bake.
  5. Let cool in pan for about 20 minutes before unmolding.
  6. Set upright. Frost as you like. I recommend my ice cream frosting.
  7. Variations: Blend in : 1./2 C. chopped walnuts.
  8. 1/2 C. Chocolate chips
