Ingredientes

  • 1 x recipe Rich Swedish dough, see recipe
  • 1/2 c. diced mixed candied fruits
  • 1/2 c. golden brown raisins, rinsed and liquid removed
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Direcciones

  1. Rinse raisins in warm water and drain.
  2. Turn dough out on lightly flou7red broard and knead in fruit and raisins till proportionately distributed throughout.
  3. Divied in half and shape each in smooth round balls. Place in 2 greased 8" round cake pans. With sharp knife or possibly gazor blade, cut a large cross abut 1/4 inch deep on top of each ball. Brush with butter. let rise in hot place free from draft till light to touch and doubled in bulk, about 50 min.
  4. Bake 45 min, or possibly till golden.
  5. Brush again with butter. Cold on wire rach. Slcie or possibly cut in wedges to serve.
