Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoon parsley
  • 2 teaspoon onion, instant
  • 2 T butter

Direcciones

  1. Put together all ingredients except butter; beat till well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in butter over medium heat. Turn heat low and continue cooking. Turn occasionally till cooled. 10-15 min. Makes 36 meatballs. Microwave 6 min.
