Swedish Meatballs

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound grnd chuck
  • 1 can chicken broth/stock
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup
  • 1/2 green pepper, minced coarsely
  • 1/2 med. onion, minced coarsely
  • Salt and pepper
  • Healthy pinch of parsley
  • 1 Tempo Swedish Meatball Mix (or possibly 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs)
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mix 3 soups, salt and pepper, in a pan. Heat on stove top till boiling.Mix grnd chuck, Tempo mix (or possibly bread crumbs) and lowfat milk. Form into meatballs and drop into boiling soups. Simmer and cover partially for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
  2. If you want you can place boiling soup mix in a slow cooker with meatballs, and partially cover on low heat for the day.
  3. You may also want to add in 1 tbsp flour and 1/4 cup water to mix to thicken it.
