Swedish Meatballs

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound lean hamburg
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Place hamburg in large mixing bowl and crumble. Add in bread crumbs, large eggs, onion, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape mix into balls. Heat electric frying pan or possibly fry pan to medium-high heat. Brown balls till no red is showing. Mix flour and water in cup or possibly bowl. Pour over balls and simmer till gravy is desired consistency. Serve over rice or possibly potato. Serves 4-6.
