Ingredientes

  • 1 quart lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten

Direcciones

  1. Put rice and lowfat milk in top of double boiler. Cook over simmering water for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till rice is tender. Add in butter and sugar and cook about 15 min longer. Add in the beaten Large eggs; stir and remove from water at once. Pour in bowl and sprinkle top with nutmeg and cinnamon. Refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
  2. Tip: Recipe can be doubled if your double boiler is large sufficient.
