Looking for a salmon recipe guaranteed to satisfy? The perfect balance found in this orange glazed salmon will do that.

The salmon steaks contain a savory heat from the Cajun seasoning with undertones of citrus-fresh orange. While the spice rub used here will give the pink flesh a lovely dark colored crust. Serve this with a tossed salad and steamed white rice.

    Hi Robyn:
We eat salmon most every week so I am constantly looking for new ways to prepare it. This is a nice combination of flavors and spices. I will definitely try it soon. Thanks for sharing!

I love salmon, with it's rich flavor that holds up against a lot of flavor profiles.
