Receta sweet bbq salmon
Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 lb salmon fillet
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- juice from 1 lime

- In a small baking dish, marinate the salmon in the oil and soya sauce for about 30 minutes. In a small bowl. Whisk toether the hoisin sauce and lime juice. Set aside. Roast the salmon for 12 minutes, flesh side up. then brush on the sauce, turn heat to broil and broil about 3 minutes
