Receta Sweet Corn Kozhukattai
Ingredients:
- Rice Flour – 200 gms
- Sweet Corn Kernels – 1 to 2 cups, boiled
- Jaggery – 1 cup, powdered
- Coconut – 1 cup, grated
- Cardamom Powder – little
- Ghee – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Combine the jaggery, coconut and sweet corn kernels.
2. Grind together and transfer to a pan.
3. Add cardamom powder and ghee.
4. Stir until thickened.
5. Add enough hot/warm water to rice flour and mix well until thickened and lump free.
6. Form into small cups and add a spoonful of the corn mixture.
7. Fold well and steam cook for 10 minutes.
8. Remove and serve.
