Ingredientes

  • 2 tsp corn oil
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 x garlic clove crushed
  • 1 slc fresh ginger - (1/4" thick) crushed
  • 1/2 tsp gochu jang (chili paste)
  • 1 c. dry anchovies
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or possibly skillet. Add in the sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and gochu jang all at once. Stir-fry over low heat for 1 minute.
  2. When the mix bubbles, add in the anchovies and stir rapidly for about 1/2 minute to coat each anchovy with the seasonings. Stir in the sesame seeds, remove from the heat, and turn out into a small dish.
  3. Serve cold or possibly at room temperature with any kind of Korean food.
