Ingredientes

  • CRUST
  • 1/12 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1stick unsalted butter
  • large egg
  • 2tbls peach schnapps
  • FILLING
  • 6 tbls sugar
  • 1tbls all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp fine lemon zest
  • 1/8 tsp fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1/8tsp salt
  • 2tbls peach schnapps
  • 6 ripe peaches peeled and sliced in 1/4 inch slices
  • 3/4 cup melted apple jelly

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a food processor combine all the crust ingredients
  3. and process until just combined
  4. DO NOT LET THE DOUGH FORM A BALL
  5. Pat the mixture into a greased 9 inch pie plate
  6. by1/12 inch deep
  7. pressing evenly and up the sides
  8. In a deep bowl mix together all of the filling ingredients except the peaches and jelly
  9. pour it evenly into the pie shell
  10. arrange the sliced peaches over the filling in a swirled pattern
  11. Bake for 20 minutes
  12. Remove from oven and spoon warm apple jelly over the pie to glaze
  13. bake another 30 minutes
  14. till glaze is set Cut in wedges and serve warm with whipped cream and a scoop or 2 of vanilla bean ice ream and a glass of SWEET CAROLINA SWEET FLAVORED VODKA ..YUMMY ENJOY
