- Maida / All purpose flour - 1 cup (75 grams)
- Sugar - 5 to 6 spoons (40 grams)
- Banana - 1 small banana
- Water - 100 ml (or) as required
- Oil - For deep frying
- Extras you may need
- Heart shaped cookie cutter (no plastics)
- PREPARATION METHOD
- To make the batter, take a bowl add maida, sugar, banana and mix well with your fingers first. (Mash the banana well with your fingers)
